Feuer (pronounced "foyer"), was born in New Haven, Connecticut. His father is a world-renowned professor of Electrical Engineering based in the famous Technion school in Israel, and his mother is a highly successful business woman. After serving three years in a combat unit in the Israeli Air Force, Sam attended the University of North Carolina, graduated Hunter College in NYC and starred in many theater productions as well as some NY-based Soaps. An eye witness to the 9/11 tragedy, Feuer packed up and moved to the West Coast. Upon his first weekend in Hollywood, he met casting director Mali Finn and was cast for a TV show called "The It Factor: Los Angeles" (2003) and immediately landed a role on the international hit show "JAG" (1995). His success followed with roles on such shows as "The Bernie Mac Show" (2001) and "Strong Medicine" (2000). His "big break" came just after a bit-part in the Michael Jackson flopper Miss Cast Away (2004), when he was discovered by Steven Spielberg and cast as Yosef Romano in the highly acclaimed, much talked about film Munich (2005), which was nominated for 5 Academy Award s, including Best Picture. Parallel to the success of his acting career, Feuer is quickly becoming a recognized and well respected film producer. In his spare time, Feuer enjoys snowboarding, tennis, basketball, surfing, hiking, playing the guitar and writing.
